Supply Lists

Below is a basic supply list for all kindergarten students at Sandia Base Elementary. Please do not label any of the supplies with your child’s name. Most supplies will be shared. Thank you.

Required Items

• 1 set of over the ear headphones (no ear buds) Please label these.
• 2 bottles of white glue, no blue glue or glitter glue (Elmer’s works best)
• 4 packages of glue sticks (4-6 sticks per pack) (Elmer’s works best)
• 2 packages of markers (classic colors)* Please no thin markers.
• 2 boxes of 24 crayons
• 1 package of regular pencils
• 2 packages of antibacterial wipes
• 2 boxes of facial tissues
• 1 roll of paper towels (wrapped please)
• 2 packages of Expo dry erase markers
• 1 set of watercolor paints
• 1 pair of Fiskars scissors
• 1 ream of white copy paper
• Hand sanitizer or liquid hand soap (or both)

* Crayola works best.

Optional Items

• Generic white paper plates
• More glue sticks
• Quart or gallon zip baggies (No sandwich or snack size)

Your child’s teacher may have additional supplies that will be requested when school starts.

Please label items with the * beside it with your child’s name prior to the first day of school, because these items will be used only by your child.

In addition, please place the following items from the list above in your child’s pencil box:

We will ask for additional items throughout the school year when necessary.

Please note if your child receives special education services, supplies can not be transferred from room to room. Your child’s special education teacher will let you know what supplies will be needed for their classroom.
